OutlawLEDs does not offer refunds or cancellations. Once you place your order the products bought are FINAL SALE. Most of our products are custom made due to this we do not offer cancellations or refunds after purchase under any circumstances, PERIOD.

We provide a 1 year warranty on our craftsmanship. This does not coverage any damages caused during installation or user error. If you are having a warranty issue please email us with your order number and the issue you are having. WARRANTY IS ONLY FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.

Warranty does not cover lenses. Proper care of your lenses will give them longevity.

ALL orders have an ESTIMATED completion time of 6-16 weeks unless mailing in products which the turn around time is 8-14 BUSINESS DAYS. We do not give guaranteed dates of delivery. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is complete. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE AS SOON AS YOU RECEVE IT. If there is an issue you must contact us within 7 business days if a shipping claim needs to be filed.
