For a 99-04 you have to cut and modify your header panel, it is a small cut to allow the back 'bowl' of the headlight fit. For a 05-07 it is a direct fit .

These headlights have LED C bars that will turn on with your running lights They do not come with bulbs Option sets are listed with the customizable options.
